Animals The textures of teeth, horns, whiskers, fur and hair present an exciting challenge for painting animals in watercolors. Always, the eyes are important as they tell who lives inside the body. Peter and I have spent over six months in Africa. Because we travel alone, we have the luxury of watching the animals for as long as they like, observing their behavior, and studying their features. |

Kaleidoscopes I use kaleidoscope forms to tell stories. From a distance the kaleidoscopes are a beautiful motif. On closer inspection, the design elements revolve around a particular subject. I create kaleidoscopes on commission for people, families, cities, schools, universities, companies and charitable organizations. |
